Order Processing Times

All of our premium wellness products are custom-packed and freshly labeled just for you upon ordering.

• Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our fulfillment team to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information the moment your order ships.

 

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States. Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days in transit.  

Total Estimated Time (Processing + Transit): 7 to 14 business days from the day you place your order to delivery at your doorstep.

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed. High-volume seasons or severe weather may occasionally cause minor transit delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Because our fulfillment system processes orders quickly, we have a very limited window to change or update an address. Please double-check your details, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you contact us immediately , we will be able to make changes to you address before we begin processing your order.
