due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), all sales are final. For health, safety, and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any supplements, whether they are opened or unopened.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures the safety and quality of the products we provide to all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 1-3 days of delivery at datshomegrown.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can quickly ship out a replacement for you.
Lost or Stolen
DATSHOMEGROWN is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as successfully delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct at checkout.
